چکیده

La microscopie à super-résolution (SRM) désigne une nouvelle catégorie de techniques optique qui permettent surmonter la barrière diffraction classique,- a rendu difficile l’observation des structures et activités constituent base vie cellulaire biologique. STED, est l'une SRM, attiré l'attention neurobiologistes, car elle permet révéler nanostructure cellules cérébrales non seulement dans boîte Pétri, mais aussi l'intérieur du tissu cérébral réel, voire le cerveau intact in vivo.
